Horizon's Housing and Community Development Experience

Horizon has an extensive portfolio working on residential, multi-family apartments along with rehabilitations on over 250-single-family homes in Houston’s inner city including the Catalina Village Apartments | 288 units | Class C+ | $5.5 million | 300,000-SF Multi-Family Residential Complex.

Project included Disaster Restoration and Renovation of 288-apartment units severely damaged during Hurricane Ike. Scope of work included the repair/replacement of exterior cornice, window trim, siding, roofing, caulking, drywall, paint, flooring, interior wood trim, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and abatement of units.

In September-2021, Horizon completed an additional $1.0M renovation to the complex.
