Project included Disaster Restoration and Renovation of 288-apartment units severely damaged during a hurricane. Scope of work included the repair/replacement of exterior cornices, window trim, siding, roofing, caulking, drywall, paint, flooring, interior wood trim, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and abatement of units; along with an entire replacement of all roofing on the property.​
