OWNER REPRESENTATION
As Owner’s Representative, Horizon oversees the entire design and construction process of a project. As Owner’s representatives we monitor various tasks associated with the development. Some of these tasks include ensuring that the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget. As representative we help with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, and more. As Owner’s Representative, we serve as a liaison and ensure that the owner’s best interests are carried out.

SITE ACQUISTION
The Horizon Team will assist with the site acquisition in any way appropriate for the owner. We can participate in bidding strategy, negotiations, and cost analysis.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
The Horizon Team will establish and document the requirements for the project, manage the design, and construction teams, manage the project, implement project control, and establish the project budget.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
Our integration during pre-construction allows us to seamlessly coordinate with the General Contractor regarding the operations, activities, and responsibilities of the Owner and project team.
PROJECT CLOSE OUT
Project close out will include substantial and final completion.
An Owner can have the confidence and trust that Horizon will represent their best interests with knowledge and industry leadership.
