KIM SÓN Downtown | $1,000,000 – 15,000-SF • This project was on the ground-level of the 300 Milam Parking Garage and involved the removal of paving, installation of underground utilities, and pour back of slab on grade. Full MEP Systems were installed including a complete commercial kitchen with industrial exhaust hoods that were required to be vented through the parking levels above. The entire parking structure was fully-operational during construction
