This is a Job Order Contracting | Task-Oriented Program which includes minor construction, repair, rehabilitation, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) replacements of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center various higher education, patient care, and academic research facilities throughout all campuses in the Greater Houston Area; as well as, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, imaging centers, educational classrooms, and other research institutions located in the Texas Medical Center.
