The 32,000-SF, two-story Culinary Arts Building is the latest state of the art culinary teaching / demonstration facility. It includes specialized culinary classrooms, pastry laboratories, baking/cooking labs, conference rooms, lounge areas, reception areas, a dining room/bar, locker rooms, computer labs, storage receiving, and a dish room (see drawings adjacent page). Scheduled to take 12-months to complete, construction also included a 15-space surface parking lot. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
