Horizon was Owner’s Rep overseeing this project which includes a new 3,000-seat public assembly/sanctuary complex and greenspace parking; a 2-level, 145,000-SF auditorium with state of the art audio/video and lighting features, a 200-person choir loft, a 75,700-SF education center and admin offices, lounge areas, meeting rooms, a production/recording studio, and a bookstore/coffee bistro. A new 324,000-SF parking area (600-spaces) includes access road, and storm water detention. 

 

The 56,000-SF Christian Education Complex houses classrooms, a nursery for infants, and multi-purpose meeting space and will be used for children’s worship as well as adult, youth, and children’s Bible studies.
